I've been taking vitamins & minerals supplements for years! and it's like an apple a day, keeps my doctor away! same thing with calcium supplements and vitamins and minerals, too. It is a must for a healthy life without sickness-- top it with eating veggies and fruits and whole grain-lots of fibers, lean protein everyday, they work! I feel good and I lost weight and I am eating and taking supplements! It's those secrets in life that we need to learn from. Our body needs calcium!
