(More customer reviews)Carob is marvelous for nausea and/or cramping. It is used in baking also. It has a slightly coffee/chocolate aroma. I mix about a tablespoonfull with 2 tablespoonfulls of water, blend it well so there are no lumps or chunks, then add rice milk to make a cupful. It works well and I am very pleased with it.
Also this product comes in a bottle, so it keeps better than the product in a plastic bag, such as I've found in a few markets.
