(More customer reviews)Tastes OK, but each papaya enzyme product contains different sweeteners. This one contains sucrose, the "bad" sugar. My wife feels nauseous right after taking these (sensitive to sweets) so we ditched it and are moving on to another brand. Mannitol, another sweetener used by American Health, is known to cause diarrhea if you are sensitive to it, so be careful which papaya enzyme product you get.
