(More customer reviews)Been taking vitamin C with Rose Hips for longer than I can remember without effort. Started an eon ago when I got bronchitis a lot and colds. Not anymore. This with a few other health habits has kept me feeling well, healthy, and out of the doctor's office for much more than check-ups for at least three decades, maybe four or five. It doesn't prevent cancer, diabetes, or falling downstairs and breaking a foot. It does seem to keep colds away and the coughs that go with them. There's a famous book about this I've never read. You could try reading it if you're skeptical to see if the author agrees with me.
