There is a nice "granola-like" quality about them, which can be pleasant for people like us [those with gluten intolerence / celiac disease] who can't actually eat granola. As another reviewer mentioned, one bar is quite satisfying -- good sized, with no sugar "kick". And unlike many other products I've tried, these have no artificial ingredients. I'm excited to see Ama n offering these bars at this low price! If you are looking for another type of natural, gluten free snack or meal replacement bar, check out Larabars. Those are a bit smaller and sweeter.
