(More customer reviews)Because of Fibromyalgia, I have a sleep disorder. I cannot do without this. I've used it for several years now. It is a supplement to my RX medication, but without it the RX med only gets me to sleep. This seems to keep me asleep longer. I am very pleased to find Allstar Health here on Amazon.com. The pricing is great and their service was amazingly quick.
