I tried lots of things with no remedy, even using much more than the recommended dosage just so I could get relief. Well, all that has changed for me now! This product, Cascara Sagrada Bark really works! It has made me "regular" again and I don't feel bloated or sick. I don't even get cramps. This product is like a miracle pill and I recommend it to all of my friends and some even use it now.
