(More customer reviews)My body is very picky about the quality of Folic Acid that I take, and the Folic Acid in the B complex is, so far, the most effective I have seen. The best part is that this is time released and lasts all day long, so I don't have to keep taking more throughout the day.
The various other vitamins in this also seem to be very high quality, and work much better than other brands.
