(More customer reviews)im a personal trainer with a dialed in diet. after taking this product i gained 10lbs the first cycle but by the time i started 2nd cycle (4 weeks) i had lost 5lbs. 2nd cycle ive gained 10lbs again so all in all im up 15lbs. did have lowered libido after cycle but that is a side effect of nolvadex (pct). so hard to tell if this side effect is from product or pct or combination. while on cycle libido is amazing but energy in morning low due to needing 10 to 12 hours of sleep to feel recovered. pumps are explosive on cycle and strength increases are impressive. even after cycle for a week pumps are more than normal and strength is 90% maintained. the reason only 4 stars instead of 5 is there are sides like this is a diuretic which without gallons of water a day can be painful and harmful. this is very strong and needs respect and research before taking. if your smart enough this can be helpful with mild inconveniances for dedicated bodybuilder but with ingnorance and not 100% dedicated this can really hurt you.
