(More customer reviews)I have taken this product, as have many friends and family members for several years now and I think it is a great product. I take it for mild depression periodically for anywhere from weeks to months or longer, depending on what is happening in my life to cause depression or anxiety. I have a family member who has taken it successfully to help with both severe depression and mood/anger disorders. My mom has taken it as well (she has Addisons disease and has to be very careful what she takes). As far as I know, or have been told or have read or experienced, there doesn't seem to be any meds that would interact badly with this (unless you are taking something else for the same reason and then I would guess you could get too much of them. The important thing is where/how the med is manufactured and BIOTICS is the brand that was recommended to me and that I am referring to only. I started with 3 a day for severe depression - noticed a difference after apx a week or so and within a couple month, a huge improvement. I stayed with it for a year or more while I dealt with issues, then backed it off gradually to one a day. Now, I go months or even a year or more without it but when I feel sad or easily overwhelmed or anxious, I start back on 1-2 a day for as long as needed. Good company too! BIOTICS that is :-) I am unfamiliar with this seller on amazon but it is a fair price listed.
