1- After a day or two, It really doesn't make you that thirsty or jittery.
2- Even when I don't take it, I don't feel like some kinda zombie.
3- I can still sleep fine and even STAY asleep.
4- I've tried taking it with empty stomach or full stomach and seen the same results.
5- Everyone that knows me can vouch that I can eat. And this thing truly has made me eat waaaay less.
One thing I noticed was the horrible heartburn after taking it. I always had to take a big gulp of Gaviscon.
So I experimented and actually took the capsule out and poured the ingredient down to the back of my throat and Volia! No more heartburn. It does taste bad but it's far better than hours of naggin heartburn. I usually down it very fast with some juice.
But I am not sure why I was experiencing the heartburn as my spouse didn't. I guess I owe my dad's side for the heartburn.
Already feel the energy and far less appetite.
