(More customer reviews)These vitamins are whole-food-vita-mineral complexes, meaning the vitamins are alive and in their natural state. So the body can identify and use the material.
Only two other companies do this that I know of - LERHM.com and New Chapter Vitamins. New Chapter contains soy, so I recommend Innate Response.
Also Innate Response has a Magnesium Only product, in case you just want Magnesium (95% of people are deficient).
I use this product and their One-A-Day. No real need for any other vitamins.
(maybe GTF Chromium and B6 B12 Folate)
Research for yourself if you want the science behind it.
Remember not to take vitamins everyday - only 5 days per week.
