(More customer reviews)The taste is disgusting, so I do a quick squirt under my tongue and chase it with long pulls of water. Within 20 minutes, I can feel the tension subsiding. To further the Valerian's effects, I like to take a hot shower before bedtime. No funky (or absent)dreams, I just sleep a nice, peaceful night. I have never woken up with a "drugged" feeling with this product.
