(More customer reviews)I started using the Keeper Menstrual Cup 9.5 yrs. ago, shortly after the birth of my first child. I had heard of it previously, but was always grossed out by the idea of insertion. However, I got over that quickly and will never go back to using tampons or disposable pads again.
I recently tried a Diva Cup as I figured my Keeper would be ready for the garbage soon (they can be used for about 10 yrs.), but no matter how I try to insert it, it never pops open and I have leaking problems. So I'm back to using my Keeper and will continue to until I have to buy a new one.
I love the environmental, health, and economic benefits of the Keeper, find it very easy to insert and remove, and it's so much more pleasant and convenient than tampons or pads. I rarely ever have leaking problems (I wear a cloth pantiliner just to be on the safe side though) and on the last few days of my period when it is lighter, I can leave it in for 24 hrs. without any problems at all.
