The GABA has helped me get my life back and I'm so thankful to have found The Pain and Stress Center for alternative relief. If you are struggling with anxiety I highly recommend taking GABA. I was taking this daily, but now it's really on a more as needed basis. When I first started taking this it truly felt like my brain finally had some brakes on the panic. I no longer feel worried or anticipate feeling panicked. This is a great product to take so that you can gain control again over your panic. I feel that it has helped me break the anticipatory cycle of worry that leads to more panic attacks. I am very thankful to have found this product.
