(More customer reviews)I purchased these as a breastfeeding mom of a baby with allergies. They contain calcium (hard to get when you can't have dairy, and did you know that Tums contain soy? Viactiv contains milk protein?) as well as other important vitamins and minerals. I wish I had these 18 months ago when I first started taking prenatals (when I was, um, pre-natal ha ha) because they are really, really small and easy to swallow. No tummy aches, no constipation, and great for vegans and those with allergies.
