It took a couple of tries to figure out that I like it best with a little extra water and some ice, but now I like the taste! It has all but eliminated my restless legs of pregnancy issue, and I haven't had a problem with leg cramps either since using it. I drink a glass of it right before bed and it helps me sleep. Also, this product is priced very reasonably compared to some other things I considered before I found it.
