(More customer reviews)This product takes a while, and in most cases requires you to take 2 or 3 capsules daily to ensure growth; however, after taking this product for two weeks, you really start to see results. I grew my arms by an inch and a half, my incline DB bench press went from 80s to 90s, and my abs started to get more solid. Then again, I spend 5 days a week in the gym... I would say, if you are serious about staying in shape or getting stronger/more cut, definitely invest in 3 bottles per purchase on this stuff, and cycle properly.
