(More customer reviews)I bought this hoping it was my miracle cure for eczema. After trying other oils which didn't help much, (jojoba, coconut, emu) I tried Tamanu Oil for three weeks to treat the eczema patches on my eyelids and around my nose. It didn't help much. It helped to keep it moisturized but there was no improvement. Didn't hurt either (coconut oil caused my face to turn red). What it has been extremely helpful for in our family is to treat open cuts, blemishes, pimples and such. It works quickly too...you see an improvement after 1-2 applications. Brings a pimple to head overnight. Speeds healing. It does have a very strong smell though. To my daughter, it "stinks" but I think the benefits far outweigh the unusual smell. I carry it around now in my overnight bag just to have it handy.
