(More customer reviews)I will say one thing it kept me awake and mostly alert while studying for exams, but I think it might have had the same effect of drinking eight cups of coffee. My hands started to shake and my heartrate shot up, and I only had one packet. Maybe they need to adjust there servings or make seperate ones based on weight.
