(More customer reviews)Although I have never taken prescribed drugs for depression or wild mood swings, I have been around people that do. With that said, I do not believe in those types of methods of treating someones mood, but we all could use a little help now and then. This product is just for that....on days that don't seem too bright or gloomy, this product seems to do it's job. The best way to describe it is I am more even planed and level headed. It just puts you in a middle of the road mood with a touch of happiness.
