(More customer reviews)I've done a lot of reading about vitamins and the "whole food" movement, and while I'll admit that the evidence isn't overwhelmingly conclusive, here's what I do know: These vitamins seem to work for me. I am very active, and I do my best to eat well. But I'm also very busy, and I don't always eat when I want to. These vitamins are designed to be taken 3-per-day, and as long as you can remember to take one in the morning and one in the evening (and then one sometime during the day), it's certainly not too much trouble to take them. Also, it makes sense to spread your vitamin intake over the course of a day (rather than taking one whopper for the entire day), and it certainly doesn't hurt that your vitamins are coming from whole foods rather than from laboratory-produced chemicals. My combination of exercise, proper diet, and these vitamins has allowed me to lose weight, get ready for a half-marathon, feel GREAT throughout the day, and get my job done too! For the price, they're worth trying. See if they work for you too!
