Within an hour of taking it I was ready for bed and could sleep the whole night through. Calcium is a natural relaxer and can also be used to treat anxiety and nervousness because it calms the muscles, etc. Take it before bed as it can make you sleepy if taken during the day. It can also be taken for menstral cramps or any kind of muscle soreness. I highly recommend it to anyone needing calcium supplements!
