(More customer reviews)I had trouble finding a good deal on the 500mg of pure hoodia after my local vitamin store stopped carrying it. (By "pure hoodia" I mean I've noticed a lot of Hoodia products with other things in them like green tea extract). I only want the hoodia, not the additional stuff. I take hoodia to suppress my appetite to help lose weight. It seems to help. You're supposed to take it 30-60 minutes before a meal I believe. This, along with diet and exercise, has helped me lose weight. It helps take the edge off when you're feeling hungry and seems to sometimes help you feel full faster when eating. I've been ordering this same product for almost a year now. Only small problem is it usually takes an extra week to ship compared to other items on amazon. Always says its backordered and takes longer. But if you plan ahead and order a couple weeks before you're supposed to run out then you're good to go.
