(More customer reviews)A friend who is an athlete recommended this to me for discomfort and pain from muscle inflammation. I was skeptical at first, but oddly it worked better for me than aspirin. I take 2 capsules after a more strenuous workout, but usual one capsule is enough to relief any of my minor pains and discomfort.
