(More customer reviews)I really can't say enough about this stuff with regards to joint pain. I had to stop running due to severe hip pain... after a month of taking this i'm pain free. Also no more stiff ankles or knees in the morning. Just last week i was super busy at the office and forgot to take this for about 4 days and i was shocked at the amount of stiffness i had in my ankles, but after 3 days getting back on this my joints feel like i'm 25 again. I'm truly amazed at the effectiveness of this product.
