(More customer reviews)I've used this for over 20 years as I am prone to ear infections (Florida the pollen capital of the world) this is hands down the only product that I found to work fairly well other then drugs. When your kids are little this is a great help, they get ear infections so easy with every cold they catch and if you have this on hand you can treat it right away. If an ear infection is just starting you can get rid of it with this formula. If it is already raging it will help you heal faster along with antibiotics. It helps take the pain & swelling down and accelerate healing. They used to call it by another name and promote it mainly for the ears and it came with a stopper, but I can't remember the old name, sorry.
To use for a ear infection - Put a few drops in the effected ear plug with a small cotton ball, lay with your plugged ear up for at least 15-20 minutes so the liquid will be absorbed. Also as a help you can tug gently on your ears in different directions periodically so your tubes may drain better. Also try to clean your ear with a solution of warm water & hydrogen peroxide with a rubber bulb syringe squeegee for wax build up (and Q-Tip cotton taking up residence in your ear)which can contribute to a ear infection. I don't buy a lot of natures sunshine products but this one I make an effort to always have this on hand. I recommend this product as a long time user.
