I have been taking it for almost two months now and save for the fact that I have a little bit of a problem going to sleep at night. It does what it was designed to do. IT BURNS FAT and it shows right away. Of course you have to exercise. That should not be a problem as this thing whatever its name is also gives you a tremendous amount of energy. I am a 55 year old male, I was a size 38 waist and I am now a 32. Im not going to lie here I had been working out about a month before I started taking Clenbutrex but I felt like I had reached a plateau and stopped losing weight until I began to use it.
One thing though. Do be careful and read the instructions several times,and do follow them to the tee, otherwise you will have problems. Before I forget, drink or eat something before you take it.
It tastes nasty and the after taste is awful and stays with you for quite a while.The earlier you take it the better but don't over do it. At the begining take just a little bit to get your body used to it. And... if you are not going to excercise do not waste your money or time, It won't do anything for you.
