(More customer reviews)When I got my first hot flash 5 years ago, and ran out and bought this product, as I had heard about it. I am past the change now, and still take it. I would describe menopause for me as a bunch of nothing, thanks to this product. I have told everyone I know about this. I do wish they hadn't added a multi-vitamin to the product recently, as I preferred to take one separately, and I do not recommend the extra-strength, as it doesn't double everything. I just take one regular Estroven in the morning daily, and the whole thing was smooth sailing.
