I for one, and sick, sick, sick.... of dieting. I just want to eat healthy and
stop eating when I'm full.
I am an emotional eater, and just need a little boost to stay on track.
That is what this product does for me.
I don't feel as focused on food. It took a small amount of my appetite
away, so I don't go around constantly wondering what the next thing
I can eat....on my mind.
Those of you who are 'foodies' know what I mean by that.
Please don't take this review the wrong way, I'm being honest, and
I call myself a 'foodie', because I love food! Love eating! Love thinking
about eating..and food! LOL! Sheesh, now I'm writing this, I'm realizing
I may have deeper problems than I imagined! LOL!
Anyway, I would give this a try if you are really ready to control your
eating....by choosing healthy foods...Stopping when you first feel that
fullness, remember, your tummy should only be about the size of a clinched fist.
This product didn't leave me feeling very nervous, but I did feel a bit of
dry mouth, but that is a sign to drink more water, which is a good thing.
It is not very expensive, so give it a good try..but only if you are truly ready
to cut back. Don't think this is prescription strength phentermine type stuff,
because it isn't. But it will give you just that bit 'o help we foodies need.
