(More customer reviews)My hairdresser told me about Biotin, and recommended that I use the 5mg. and not the smaller size. I have been taking one tablet/day for 4 weeks and have noticed a difference. My hair had been quite thin, but after 4 weeks a great deal of new scalp hairs are appearing. Also,my hair is shinier. I am not sure that these developments can be 100% the result of the Biotin. But, I have not changed anything else and my hair is improving. I have enough Biotin to last for 1 more month. As a result of the results that have been achieved so far, I will order more Biotin and take this for a longer period of time, I have suffered absolutely no ill-effects from taking Biotin, only better hair. The price here is far better than the prices that I observed in the health food stores in the Boston area.
