(More customer reviews)Triphala is one of the greatest health products. It cleanses the colon and it is gentle. the taste is bitter, but you do get used to it (actually I kind of enjoy it now). You can also use this in tablets or capsules. But personally I think the tea is the best way to go. Use this and constipation will be a thing of the past, and it also eliminates gas as well. Millions of Indian people can't be wrong.
