(More customer reviews)There are some articles that say that vitamin D-2 is not as good as vitamin D-3. Dr. Holick treats zoo animals and people with vitamin D so he needs to know for sure. He did 4 different studies to test out this theory and he found that these 2 were the same in effectiveness in all ways.
