21" arms, 28" thighs, at my age i now longer bench in the high 400's
but now i am lowering my poundages to preserve my joints as long as
possible, i on occassion will bench a max now of 365, a very important
part of my supplement intake is Leukic, i will not train or lift without it, for me its' effects are noticeable, i am weaker without it,and it also pumps up your sex drive and libido...... my height is 6'2" and weight of 265 lbs........
for each person results are different but for me i swear by this product......
