(More customer reviews)Muscle Pharm is the best hands down... I'm a huge customer and they hit another one out of the park with bullet proof. This product does exactly what it states (for me). I sleep very well every night ( 5 nights on 2 nights off as prescribed) Within the first week, I totally felt the difference - took a few days to kick in (approximately 3 days) then my body soaked it up - incredible sleep, incredible dreams (and I rarely remember my dreams) Very deep sleep and feel totally relaxed and recovered upon awakening.
Give it a week or so to kick in and you'll never train without it. ( I wont that's for sure)
as for taste I love orange raspberry but to mix it up I ordered grape a week ago. I'll leave a review once I get my bottle.
