(More customer reviews)I have taken several different Megafood vitamins for many years and consider them to be the best vitamins / minerals available.
They are easily digested and can be taken on an empty stomach. Although relatively expensive and low dosage, these are highly bio-available and effective and a good value in my opinion.
Research the megafood website for info about their 'cold fusion' manufacture process. Placebo or not, I always feel better when taking these and return to them again and again.
