(More customer reviews)I've been taking this for over a year because I couldn't choke down 6 capsules each day to get the calcium and magnesium I needed.
This is non-dairy which I like alot. I take it with food because I can get a bit nauseated but that could be from the sugar in it. I don't know why it has sugar vs. sugar alcohol but still.
I've been looking for others but those are considerable more expensive since you have to take 4 a day.
These are easy.
