(More customer reviews)I was having around 30 hot flashes a day and was in pure misery. My saliva tests showed super low levels of estrogen & progesterone & I had every menopause symptom in the book- fatigue, insomnia, moodiness, itching, dryness, etc. I had tried some HRT suggested by my local compounding pharmacist who gave me a blend of estrogens and progesterone in a cream & it only helped a little- still stayed in hot flash hell. After only one week of taking these, I completely STOPPED having hot flashes altogether, felt a dramatic increase of energy & actually started sleeping again! I started with two/day as recommended, but after two weeks started getting nosebleeds easily as most of the herbs in this mix are also blood thinners (dong quai particularly), so after about a month of the two pill regimine, I reduced it down to 1/day and it has kept the hot flashes away for the most part (I will get an occasional one still if I am in an overhot room) while stopping the nosebleed problem also. (As a side note, you should not take NSAIDS like IB Profen while on this mix as the bleeding problem will increase.) I have taken herbs on and off over the years for this and that but never have I had so immediate a fix for my problem or such a strong positive effect on my body overall. Seems like magic to me! If you have tried creams, other herbal mixes, teas, pills and the like, and haven't had much success or are concerned about HRT side effects in general, I suggest giving these a try! P.S. "Born Again" and "At Last Naturals" are the same company, the packaging in the solid green box and pinkish box with flowers are the same product and they have a shelf life of 2 years or more.
