(More customer reviews)These vitamns aren't bad at all. My hair started to thin out about a year ago for no apparent reason, so I bought these at my local health food and supplement store. I noticed a difference after maybe 2-3 weeks of taking them. My hair was definitely shinier and it stopped falling out a lot. But I specifically wanted my hair to be thicker, which the vitamins DID accomplish, but it was a fake kind of thick. Each shaft of hair was thicker but looked plastic-y, like there was a coating on it. It wasn't my shampoo- I never changed it. I think the vitamins are definitely worth the money, but I'm a little worried about how my hair is going to react when I stop taking them.
