(More customer reviews)I was having a hard time finding Co Q-10 at the store within my price range so I ck'd Amazon and found this. Having already purchased from Spring Valley I knew they have a good product line and high quality vitamins. Finding these two vitamins together is hard. This is a great product.
I have glaucoma and am required to take eye drops. After finding a vitamin formula in a health article, I began to add Co Q-10 50 mg, L-Carnitine 100mg, Omega3 and Alpha Lipoic Acid each day. Before I started adding these vitamins, the eye drops were becoming less effective. After taking these vitamins daily, my eyes have improved so they require less of the expensive eye drops. Recently I added B-12 liguid vitamins and that has really boosted the other vitamins and my eyes as well. Eye sight has not improved, but the glaucoma has been reduced dramatically.
If you need these vitamins, this is a great product at a great price. These two vitamins combined makes it even better. Highly recommended.
