But, if you want a nutritionally superior product, then, True Whey is a great choice.
Whey? I mean, why? Because, first of all, it is a concentrate and not isolate. Do some research and you'll
find that this is the healthier choice.
Secondly, it comes from grass fed cows, which is far better compared to the grain fed variety, which is probably the source
of a vast majority of protein powders on the market.
It's flavor is mild to bland, but, you can always mix it up with some fruit and/or stevia for a very pleasant beverage.
