(More customer reviews)I have used other individual products such as HCL/Pepsin and bile salts. This product is much more effective since it has those ingredients plus digestive enzymes. At first I wasn't sure how well they were working until I ran out of them. When I use this product my stomach doesn't hurt and I don't have gallbladder type symptoms like I used to. I know I am absorbing more nutrients from supplements and food as my fingernails are getting longer and stronger and without white marks on them. I believe this is part of the puzzle that is helping me to feel better overall!!
