(More customer reviews)This product is Great! It does however take 2 or 3 months to really work though, I did notice a difference within the first month. I have adult ADD btw. I was expecting that my life would suddenly become totally organized and I would be able to locate my keys but, I think that old habits die hard. At this point I will have to break my habits now that I have a clearer mental state. It is true, I can focus, retain info from reading or in class for the first time in my life. Plus, am more conscious of time and what I'm doing.I do wish is wasn't so expensive. I think the Listol company and the other companies(Attend) are taking advantage of their consumers.I also recommend looking into MSG in your diet it is really bad for us ADDS and ADHDs. It can be found in everything (under other names) I found that the reduction of this additive very helpful to me.
