(More customer reviews)This is the first time I have used Jarrow formulas Inositol 750 mg capsules and I take it before bed time to halp me fall asleep and it does work! I suffer from panic attacks and Inositol has helped my panic attacks. I also take prescription anti-depressant also. I take Inositol to help me fall asleep.I will order this product again. Thanks Amazon
