(More customer reviews)I have been weaning myself off of all of the crap that different doctors have prescribed every time I have a headache, back ache or feel a little blue. I am a relatively normal, not-psychotic, not an illegal drug user, not alcoholic, healthy 40-something. But man, any doctor you see has the perfect pill for any potential ache or emotion.
DMAE is a major part of the more natural route I am taking. I am down to 12.5 grams of zoloft every other day. Next week I am off completely. Because I am taking 4-5 different supplements that I researched, I can't attribute all of the happy impacts to just this one supplement. However, I am having zero side effects from getting off of the prescriptions...I was more afraid of the withdrawal than any benefit I ever received from the prescriptions.
I am feeling upbeat and quite lucid, as compared to melancholy and forgetful while taking the latest greatest antidepressants (that no one understands how they work, and in studies have been proven repeatedly to NOT work). I am sleeping and dreaming, fewer nightmares and real dreams. Feeling rested and healthy.
Do some research, I can't explain everything that I have learned here in a product review. But I can say that I feel like this is a high quality product and am so far very happy with the results...I have been using it for about 2 months as I stepped down off those damn prescriptions.
