The fat soluble form of Vitamin A is easily available at most stores. The tablets are small and easy to swallow and met my requirement of 10,000 IU. with only having to take 1 tablet daily. The price was reasonable, too. Best yet, it had to be free of dairy products and eggs. By the way, it is also free of gluten, yeast, soy, wheat,artificial color and fragrance for those individuals who have any of these food sensitivities or allergies. I think you will be highly satisfied with this product.
