This product is healthy in the sense that there are no additives. The manufacturer is reputable, the price reasonable and the shipping reliable. Huperzine A is reputedly good for memory - especially beneficial for us with "senior memories" and/or those of us taking medications that interfere with word retrieval. I find this supplement helps me feel and be more confident of having my vocabulary at my disposal. A slight downside is the possibility of some insomnia, according to research from the Web. This also seems to be true for me since I began using it. However, the word retrieval benefits of using Huperzine A are well worth the mild disadvantage of sometimes getting an hour or two less sleep a night.
