These capsules dissolve and absorb easily. The bottle comes closed with foil, over which the lid is specially sealed with a pull-tab, and then there is perforated plastic over that. These are the same as the ones we purchase at our local health food store, but when they were out, we were pleasantly surprised to find them here at an even better price and covered under Super-Saver Shipping (or "Triple S" as we like to call it around our house). We already prefer the Solaray Magnesium supplement, but now that we can get it through the convenience of Amazon, we like it even more. Magnesium provides a multitude of benefits. I take them at the recommendation of my neurologist, because, as a natural muscle relaxer, they are a holistic approach towards the prevention of migraines; my husband takes them to help ease muscle pain that he has from a childhood injury. This supplement also helps us with regularity, relaxation and tolerance.
