(More customer reviews)I start taking Breathe capsules when I feel like my lungs need support or when I feel the beginnings of a bronchial infection. They really seem to work. The effect I feel in my lungs is similar to the "reinforcement" or "strengthening" I feel when I take liquid echinacea to boost my immune system.
If you suffer from light, regular congestion-like discomfort in your lungs -- or if you are prone to bronchial infections etc -- I would say these are worth a try as preventative medicine.
I'm giving them 4 stars as a disclaimer because I don't know or understand how they work. Also, natural remedies don't always affect each individual the same way.
The recommended dosage is two capsules per day, so this bottle is a 30 day supply.
