(More customer reviews)I've been doing a lot of combination remedies to grow my hair, so I cant say for SURE that it works, but somethings working thats for sure! There's cayenne pepper in this so BE AWARE! it will give you heartburn unless you have a stomach of steel (this is the ONLY thing that's ever caused heartburn for me). Label recommends 4 capsules; i'd say you're good with two. (i could only imagine how much 4 would burn going down....). but it should be noted that your stomach will settle almost instantly if you take it after eating and drink a cup of water as soon as you start to feel the sizzle. overall, i guess its not too bad!
